I've spent many years restoring cars. Valley automotive always surprises me with their knowledge and honesty. There are times I think it's something else and they come back with a much less expensive answer and proved me incorrect happily. Super honest, super friendly and just plain great to have as the go to repair shop. The owner and his team could not gave a better attitude. Thanks all!!
The best place to fix your car. They are extra honest and I will go only to this place. Thank u.
Good mechanics, fair prices.
Great staff always looking out for your best interest
This is an honest repair shop. The owner named Guy is not looking to rip you off. I like to have my vehicles repaired right. I used to bring all of my vehicles to the dealership but always had to pay an arm and a leg. I am so glad I found this garage when I moved into the area 8 years ago. Any real repair that needs to be done I bring here. Sometimes the shop is busy and that is the only time I have an oil change done someplace else. I've had estimates done at other local garages where they said the trouble was one thing and then when the mechanics at Valley checked it was something else and significantly cheaper. The prices are not always cheaper up front when you get an estimate BUT their is a reason if you ask. Usually, it is the quality of parts being used. A few months ago I needed my starter replaced and was surprised to find the estimate only a little bit cheaper than the dealer (in this case around $80). After speaking with Guy, he gave me two options, he could use a cheaper part from a cheaper manufacturer but there was higher chance of the part going bad. I could save around $200 using the cheaper part but he had a customer that needed to have the same part replaced multiple times. The part would be warrantied but the labor would need to be covered. The second option was to use the better part even though it was more expensive which he automatically included in his quote. Guy has had the same mechanics working for him ever since I've been going here. The last time I brought one of my vehicles I had a sound coming from my driver's side front end. I couldn't figure it out on my own so I brought it to Valley. At first guess I was expecting that it would be an axel, bearing, or something of that nature and was expecting to pay a few hundred. Guy personally drove it needed said he wanted his guys to put it in the lift. I left my vehicle and the garage gave me a lift home. If you live locally, they are usually good with dropping you home so you don't have to make arrangements for someone to pick you up. I then received a call thinking I'd have to pay hundreds and then Guy says to me "your wheel was just loose". The last time the tire was touched was when I had my tires rotated for free from Costco. I was only charged $20 or $30 bucks which I understand completely to cover the time his guys needed to check and drive the car. This is a garage that you can trust. I used to work on the little things on my cars like fluid changes, brakes, tune ups etc.... But now with two young kids, after school activities, work, cutting the grass, you get the message, I bring my automotive repair needs to Valley Automotive with peace of mind. The only bad thing I can say is you don't get the free bagels and orange juice like at the fancy dealer but with the money you save you can buys dozens of bagels from the Panera done the road.
